The insect prevention plan (IPP) is a science-based insect prevention service with No Contracts Attached! It includes 4 scheduled services that are 1.5-2 months apart. Each service is designed to impact the most common insect issues at that time of year. For example in the fall boxelder bugs, stink bugs and Asian lady beetles swarm buildings and homes to locate places to overwinter. The plan provides a treatment in the fall to specifically combat these insects before they get inside. We realize many homes may not experience the same insect issues. For this reason, the plan is also 100% customizable for the customer. We want to solve your current insect issues. If you tell us you are seeing wasps and not ants we will treat your home to for wasps.
4 Scheduled Exterior Treatments

Interior Treatments at No Extra Charge
100s of insects are include
Each treatment is scheduled to be 1.5-2 months apart. The reason why, is the products we use are no longer effective after 2 months. This means after 2.5-3 months the insect problem will most likely start again.
All the insects that are inside your home come in from outside. The insects mate and hatch their eggs outside in the spring and summer. Because of how quickly insects can multiply treating the exterior multiple times a year allows us to stay ahead of the insect phonology and life cycle. The exterior treatment will also take care of the insects inside the home. When they go outside to feed and mate they will die after crossing over the treated areas on the home's exterior.
Add-ons we provide to our IPP customers include; rodent prevention, ticks, and add-ons for other structures to be treated besides the home. These include; detached garages, sheds, play sets, etc.
Rodents
We offer an Outdoor Rodent Management Plan (ORMP). This includes multiple stations filled with bait that are placed strategically around the property to combat the mouse and vole population.
Ticks
Ticks require 2 services to be done in the spring and fall. Ticks lay eggs under leaf litter in the fall and the eggs hatch in the spring. This service is done around thick foliage, grasses, and leaf litter that surround the property.
