Every mouse service starts with an inspection. Every house is built differently and we need to find out how the mice are getting inside and what it will take to seal it. We also take note of any limitations that may make it impossible for us to access 100% of the foundation or roof. Examples of limitations include but are not limited to; low decks, low 3-season porches, and vines.
Our signature pest control mouse service stands out from the rest of the pest control industry. No one seals up homes with mice like we do! We use construction-grade materials that are long-lasting and impossible for mice to chew through. We are extremely thorough with our work and go inch by inch around the entire home sealing up any cracks large enough for a mouse to fit through. We are driven to make our mouse service a one-and-done service, with no contracts and no monthly checkups.
After the house is sealed up from the outside we need to trap all the mice still inside the home. This process can take 30 days. We provide all our customers with easy-to-use snap traps and place them in strategic locations the same day we seal up the home. Each trap is reusable and we ask all our customers to keep at least a few of them set for as long as they live in the home. This way they can track any new activity. This will tell us if we need to go back to seal up any entry points that may have been missed. This will often be taken care of with the warranty attached to the service.
The two most common warranties we attach to our mouse seal-up service are a Full 2-year Warranty or a 2-visit 2-year Warranty. These warranties provide our customers with free visits to go back to the home and seal any entry points that may have been missed. After each reservice each customer needs to wait another 30 days to catch the mice inside the home.
Mice don't hibernate in the winter and neither do we! No matter what time of year it is in Minnesota we will be available to help with your mouse problem. With that, the Fall (September-October) is the busy season for us. We recommend scheduling any mouse service in the winter or summer so we can be at your home as soon as possible!
